Retired due to ill health * First new council housing scheme in 40 years, to replace 17 existing homes in Mintlaw to, detailed design stage. - I was responsible for the successful delivery of an 89 home (Cruden house type) insulation & render project in North Aberdeenshire for the Housing Dept - I provided the architectural services for a three-year framework agreement contract comprising 275 kitchen replacements in North Aberdeenshire for the Housing Dept - I provided full architectural services for the upgrade of three drama depts in local academies, in North Aberdeenshire, for the Education Dept
