over the years a change in the organisationÕs identity and
vision needs to be addressed by Marks & Spencer for it to
survive in the new century. The Sparks name change is a
natural step to take according Marks and SpencerÕs staff
and customers in response to a name audit conducted by
myself prior to starting the ideation process.
