SCHWARZKOPF - Colour Bowl
A collaboration between Schwarzkopf and the HBK Braunschweig prompted the Modular Colour Bowl project. It was developed for the “Salon Tool Collection”, entered both the European and American markets and received the Focus Open Design Silver Award, 2009.
By choosing a hexagonal shape and a special connecting-system, several bowls can be combined into a single, multi-compartment honeycomb shaped tool. This not only minimises wasted space on the hairdresser’s trolley, but also simplifies the transporting of the bowls around the hair salon (from the area where the colour dyes are mixed, to the client’s seat).
