Communicating clearly and directly is my base as an employee. When working on projects across several departments it is important to keep everyone well informed, engaged, and motivated.

After communication comes being creative. As a designer it is important to keep up on the latest trends, try new looks, and be open to constructive criticism.

I believe a company is a team and when other team members need help finishing a project or doing research it is my responsibility to be a team player. When my department does well it then reflects to the other departments and makes the company look great as a whole.

After working with three companies in their marketing department I have learned so much about being organized, being a team player, and how important it is to be proud of the company you work for. Dedication, team work, and passion are qualities I have learned over the past five years in the marketing field.
