REDEFINING THE SUMMIT AESTHETIC
The ALIEN 2 was an unbriefed passion project that I presented to the team in January 2021. When I first saw the original Alien goggle it blew my mind and was compelled to redesign a modern version. Starting w some quick sketches to define a direction I went straight to CAD and printed the 1st version on my own 3D printer. I learned a lot from that first print and quickly iterated a second version. The project was then presented to the wider Bolle team, some loved it, some hated it, and I knew I was on to something.
