Yowza Captiva VME - This is a very interesting product we recently completed. It is a VME (Variable Motion Elliptical) with a converging axis hand movement. I built the Solidworks files for this product and John Payne at Reflex completed the rendering in PV360.

Smoth Agile Trainer - Agile Trainer with adj. motion. This is a product image, but it was 100% constructed in SW.
Custom Designed TFT Screen and speakers. - This screen was for a line of fitness products (treadmills and bike). First shown in early 2006. This was modeled in Solidworks.
Custom Designed TFT screen and speakers. - The bolt holes are a little out of control, but I really like the venting and tubular brackets. The way the speakers nest into the back of the screen is interesting. Again, modeled in Solidworks. Oh, and the zip tie says...first off product at a show!

Oster Mini Steamer - This is a very cool little product. It is a smaller brother to a larger steamer product. Worked on this project with John Payne at Reflex for Jarden Consumer Products. I completed the concept work for this project and some of the CAD work (Solidworks). John completed a larger portion of the modeling.

Margaritaville Shot Chiller - Get you supper chilled party on!
Margaritaville Shot Chiller - The coolest part of this product is the blue light that lets you know your pour is finished (and the lighted target to place your glass). Too bad these images do not show that part of it.
Foodsaver Vertical Vac - New food storage product for Foodsaver. Intuitive users handle for door operation. I worked on the concept development and project management for this product. In addition, I worked on about 25% of the CAD work (in SW). This projected moved around the Reflex office a little once it went into SW. John Payne did a good 50% and DJ at Reflex completed the remaining 25%.

Reebok Treadmil - More fun with my new GoPro camera. This is an older deck product with a newer console. Still like the white flare details on this product.
Rival food storage - Entry level product for the Rival brand. The interesting thing about this product was that I started working with raw internal components for optimal layout. The goal was to reduce air hose and wire usage. Anything to save material cost and product footprint. In addition, we had to position the sealing parts as close to the counter as possible.
Fun process of layout and experimentation. Then, the simple, clean exterior was designed.

A very cool ground up project with JCS to design a Series of Console humidifiers. Easy access to internal wick and the two water tanks. Interesting point is that one water tank can be removed and filled while the other is left in place. A fun project that I was able to work on with our client on all levels. Initial innovation, concept work, CAD work and detail modification. While DJ was still at Reflex he also performed CAD support on this project with me.
