Mediapro - Working with MediaPro allowed me to flex all my muscles at once. Part instructional designer, part graphic designer, part developer, part writer. Working with the extremely talented people at MediaPro taught me a lot about Flash, good design, e-learning, working with multiple, hi-profile clients (e.g. Microsoft, American Express, Verizon etc.), project management, the right way to run a team, and where I really wanted to go with my career.
