2012 - 2013 (1 year)
Lead UI/UX designer for all aspects of an angel-funded mobile startup, Scratch Hard. Developed logo and overall branding with business leads, created marketing materials, promotional materials, and website. Led design of both web app and iOS app. Worked with a team of developers in Atlanta, GA to build and launch iOS app on schedule. Created comps for the Scratch Hard content management system/backend that Ruby developers built off of. Aided in establishing the Scratch Hard Data team, a production process where as few as two people can cover offers from 500+ retail chains nationwide. Worked with Scratch Hard employees and interns to find the quickest way to gather and enter SH content as well as maximize our outreach via social networks like twitter, facebook and instagram.
2010 - 2012 (2 years)
Managed production on twenty-six comic books per month, working with editors in both New York and California. Created and managed schedules for freelance talent in order to uphold weekly press deadlines. Implemented art and color corrections. Created print-ready PDFs for licensors. Preflighted and assembled final comic art and lettering as well as advertising materials, for editorial review and final delivery to printer.
2007 - 2010 (3 years)
Worked with editorial and production department making art corrections, color corrections, retouching and preflighting. Assisted editors to create visually appealing and dynamic comic balloon layouts. Digitally lettered balloons, created sound-effects lettering and designed title and credit pages.

2002 - 2007 (5 years)
Designed and art directed editorial pages and promotional materials for print and web from concept to publication. Coordinated with freelance illustrators, editorial and sales departments to create printed magazine. Acted as in-house photographer for still lifes and portraits used in editorial pages and advertising. Preflighted files and created print ready PDFs.
