Design graphics and displays for restaurants, stadiums, schools and other public venues. Strong use of InDesign & Illustrator.

Designed company logos, letterheads, newsletters, and other printed marketing materials. Used QuarkXpress, Illustrator & Photoshop software on Mac platform. Produced metal plates for 4-color printing press and did other pre-press operations.

Various long and short term temporary design assignments

Worked at the main office of a grocery franchise where I did the in-store weekly ads. This involved placing images of the grocery items, their sale price & any promotional descriptions. Needed to be able to lay out the page so it showed all the items they wanted highlighted and allowed the type copy to be large enough to be read easily by the customer. Produced a corporate newsletter for 800 employees.

At packaging & point-of-purchase company, designed company invitations, created graphics for the company business plan, designed a production tour safety card & created overhead transparencies for board meetings.
