2013 | VäntrummETT - THE waiting room HealthCare - first wireframes of "Old Elsa" GUI. A few initial and most important services for the patients to use or having questions about. For advanced users there's an alternative and more advanced view of services as well. But main focus is on a few important steps for elders to dare try and being able to both use and understand the display and information on it. -One important part in this is also to educate the working personnel in human behavior and psychology at the health care. Only for them to in a humane and emotionell way teach the elders on how to start using the touch screen for helping them taking their first step of self service and how easy it actually is to use the station if they look at the screen.

2013 | VäntrummETT - THE waiting room HealthCare - Moodboard for a touch screen station with "Old Elsa" GUI for self-service. The concept is for this touch screen to support a cross platform mobile app and web platform, so that the users is familiar with the supporting GUI/ system at the health care centers and hospitals. Even if its a new system for new visitors it should be intuitive and easy to use, self explaining and bring a sense of comfort to the users. Intuitive support services like future 3D maps to different areas of the hospital for example. Estimated time until next patient appointment at the doctors office etc
