• Executed initiative to enhance the visibility and usability of the Premier marketing sites. Effort resulted in a 25% year-over-year increase in premier.us website traffic (January 2012 - June 2012).

• Updated and maintained museum internet site, streamlining navigation and inserting interactive content bringing our monthly visitor count from 15,000 to 25,000 within the first month.
• Served as the guest podcasting speaker at the Texas Association of Museums (TAM) annual conference (April 2007).

Ensured the integrity of new company-wide teller system.
• Tested new teller application to be implemented in 280 branches nationwide.

Enhanced web pages for Trinity University’s Tiger Card office. Programmed access levels for card-reading doors.

Updated, documented and maintained inventory management applications, database billing processes, and websites for USAA’s internal operations. Briefed department managers on the status of USAA’s internal financial website.
