Du Chen has a quick-learning ability, psychological quality, good personal accomplishment; know how to develop well work-relationships; she has high efficiency in work and perfect language ability in communication.

She is quiet outstanding during the school, always got the best grade point and won school scholarships and design competition awards every year. She entered the Donghua University master degree in 2010, and apply to study in Italy in 2011, Istituto Europeo di Design, And get the Dual Master’s Degree of Donghua University and Italy European Institute of the Arts in 2013. During the period of studying aboard, traveled in 20 countries in Europe, She collected large amounts of data, also accumulated some experience, in design performance language, design project reporting methods, diversification and utilization of space, decorative materials, lighting applications, etc.

Used to work in Shanghai new world souvenirs Ltd, Shanghai interior design Ltd, Shanghai ZHENGDAI Moma art museum, DCI international Architecture design, Shanghai JWDA architectural design firm U.S. these large international design firms. Can speak good Oral English, can do interpreters translation work, and has extensive project reporting and negotiation experience. Said some Italian daily language.

本人在校期间成绩优异，每年绩点名列前茅，多次获得国家、校奖学金，在大型设计比赛中获得奖项。2010年顺利直升东华大学研究生，并于2011年申请留学意大利欧洲艺术学院，于2013年初获得东华大学及意大利欧洲艺术学院双硕士。在此期间，先后游历欧洲20个国家，收集了大量资料，积累了一定经验，在设计表现语言、设计项目汇报方法、空间的多元化利用、装饰材料、灯光应用等等方面，都有所研究和学习。

曾在上海室内装饰（有限）集团、上海证大文化传媒有限公司、DCI思亚国家建筑设计、美国JWDA建筑咨询事务所等大型国际设计公司实习；拥有良好的英语口语交流能力，能独立完成口译翻译工作，有丰富项目汇报和洽谈经验。会说一定意大利生活用语。
