The coordination of travel and other needs for specialty physicians presenting CME programs at hospitals and other venues all over the U.S.. Coordinating expense and honorarium payments for both hospitals and physicians. Gathering pertinent program data such as attendance breakdowns, contact information, payment information, and travel expenses. Streamlined the travel expense budget significantly by noticing areas where there were redundant payments, mistakes in billing from vendors, and changing travel methods used (i.e. booking speakers at airport hotels which offer free shuttles, and suggesting local speakers which were within driving distance and did not require airlines/hotels, etc....)

Being one of the only students on campus at the time who knew the Mac and graphics software like Pagemaker and Freehand (the standards at the time), I assisted with the design of the school catalog, calendar, yearbook, newspaper, and various other publications that the SBU Public Relations Department published. Re-designed and digitized the school's logo in 1990.
