I'm still debating how seriously I should take myself, but I lean mostly toward not very. I love my life, human life, and the pursuit of satisfying design. Experience: ten years of occupational practice in product development, brand building, resource/personnel management, and concept design. Started/founded a Kickstarter funded company five years ago that has taken me to China to oversee manufacturing, set me before big box retail buyers, prompted invitation to Cupertino for proposal at Apple, and put me in position to be only slightly awkward in a few television interviews.
I've designed some awards; one of which earned Mario Andretti's thumbs up. A few of my earliest product designs are still relevant and on the shelves, which is not so much an award, but it's rewarding to me.
