Multiple store visits revealed distinct users and user behavior between Wireless and Telecom touchscreens that needed to be accounted for.

Verizon Wireless was moving toward an online self-service model for customers so we were asked to design a plan upgrade interface. Although there were very complicated business rules, the interface adjusted as the user interacted to block or allow possible plan options so users couldn’t make errors.
