Brought Mobile FinTech to Fidelity's Institutional banking division, from concept to version 5.2 across 24 months. A lot of user research, remote and in-person testing and industry events to gather the needed feedback to develop WealthCentral and StreetScape's release strategies for v1-v5. The final project involved remote check deposit for money management with delegated administration, across up to 5 accounts and with a max of 100 Million per day deposits.
