My Global User Experience department contains Creative, User Research, Usability Testing, and Information Architecture Design across 9 locations. My leadership role includes; Global Creative Director and UX Design Director over all Staples digital assets (B2B (Contract - US, EU and Canada), Staples.com/.ca/.eu, more than 20 mobile sites and apps, also the Quill Brand) - Totaling more than 8 billion in sales revenue annually.
