Sizzling Platter restaurants included Little Caesars, Red Robin, Duncan Donuts and Sizzler. Also shown are Mrs Fields Cookies, Costa Vida, Hokulia Shave Ice, Dexters Dogs, Annie's Ice Cream, Wings and Gandolfos While at Sizzling Platter it was necessary to fit and often adapt the national brands to a wide variety of existing structures and new construction.I was able to take more liberties with the older Sizzler brand by updating the front of the house decor and exterior architecture and paint., The regional brands required a more comprehensive approach which often required a complete new brand, supporting decor and marketing strategy.
