KPF Traveling Fellowship
In April 2008 I was awarded the KPF Traveling Architecture Fellowship with an award of $10,000. The winners were chosen anonymously by a jury. The Jurors were: Paul Finch from the Architectural Review; Quingyun Ma, dean of USC's design school and James Garner, critic for the New York Sun. Also on the jury were Rob Whitlock & Doug Hocking, KPF Design Principals.
I was one of three finalist, all who were invited from universities with prominent Schools of Architecture including the Architectural Association, Columbia, Cooper Union, Cornell, Harvard, M.I.T., Cambridge, University of Virginia, Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Technical University Delft/Netherlands, Univ. of Pennsylvania, Pratt Institute, Rice, Princeton and Yale.
