Director of Advanced TV Investment

We’re an All-Inclusive television advertising agency with our home base in Minneapolis. However, you can work from anywhere that works for you including cities like Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Austin, Phoenix, and more.
• Plan, negotiate, execute, manage, analyze and optimize Advanced TV campaigns.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, onboarding and management of technology platforms and relationships needed to support an Advanced TV offering including DSPs, SSPs and DMPs
• Effectively collaborate with internal business units to ensure Advanced TV capabilities and campaigns meet client needs and campaign objectives.
• Recruit, hire, motivate, mentor and empower a team to effectively manage Advanced TV campaigns.
• Drive strategic direction and productization of Advanced TV offering.
• Represent and merchandise Advanced TV product to internal teams and clients.
• 5+ years of Advanced TV experience
• Programmatic, DSP, SSP, DMP experience
• Ability to source, learn and leverage technologies easily
• Strong analytical background
• Proven leadership ability directing and motivating teams
• Relationship management and negotiation experience
• Ability to present ideas, plans and results with confidence, and debate and address challenging questions
• Experience speaking to agency and client executives
• Insatiable curiosity and a knack for solving problems
• Experience in communication, marketing, advertising, or related field
• Obsessive about details and organization
• Self-starter who can work effectively and autonomously
