A small impressive Boutique is looking for a hands-on Art Director to work on Beauty and Wellness projects. The look is clean with really light type and nice forms for packaging and some promotional work. Work must be strong both strategically and visually. The clients are top notch and the work is award-winning design. The right candidate has experience in luxury and beauty, and an impressive body of work. 5+ years of exp, Either a Senior ready to move up, or an AD who is looking to up their game. Great work, Great co-workers and clients. Several days a week on site and several days remote
Responsibilities
*Design, Collaboration, and presentation of packaging work
*Some management/mentoring of Junior Designers
*Communication skills for Internal and External presentations
Fit
*Capable of working both Independently and as a team
*Focus, the work is demanding, but rewarding
*excellent understanding of trends and fashion
