Assistant Teaching Professor: School of Art, Illustration - #077298
The Syracuse University School of Art, within the College of Visual and Performing Arts, welcomes applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track Assistant Teaching Professor position in the Illustration Program beginning August 2024. Qualifications: MFA in Illustration, Visual Communications, Animation or equivalent; professional experience in the field; and at least three years of teaching experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment in established and foundational approaches supporting contemporary practices across a broad spectrum, and an interest in several fields such as editorial and sequential illustration, licensing, animation, and gaming industry.
