Job Description

We're seeking a Graphic Designer that can create fresh ideas and designs for website, email, social & digital that will resonate with a variety of target audiences and brands.

This role will report to the VP of Marketing and other members of the creative team to ensure the work reflects the companies' business and brand requirements. You'll participate in creative ideation, strategy and brainstormings.

Responsibility:
Creative ideation as well as execution, creating new ideas for website, print, social & digital designs that will resonate with a variety of target audiences and brands
Participate in creative ideation, strategy and brainstorming
Support the Marketing Team, eComm Product Team, and other members of the creative team to ensure the work reflects the companies' business and brand requirements
Come up with big and small ideas that make the difference between good and great work
Translate creative concepts into compelling designs and assets
Design responsive websites, digital experiences, social ads and content that adhere to best practices and disability compliance
Work closely and collaboratively with marketing, creative and tech teams to produce results driven creative
Present and explain the concepts, answer questions, communicate changes to team
Work in small groups and teams in a fast paced environment
Collaborate with and inspire team members
Stay current with the latest digital, social and technology trends

Qualifications:
BA degree or equivalent work experience required
At least 3-5 years of professional experience creating digital products, websites, mobile, social content, campaigns, etc. but willing to make an exception for superstar candidates
Stellar portfolio demonstrating solid traditional and digital design experience including social marketing
Strong organizational and teamwork skills, self motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time management skills
Knowledge of interactive design current best practices, technologies, and UX standards.
Ability to create for a variety of brands, audiences, and client needs
Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch
Proficient in After Effects is a plus
Knowledge of photography is a plus
UI/UX experience in eComm flow a plus
Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, composition and photo retouching
Be able to take design direction and work with input from our Project Creative Lead
Must think creatively and step outside of the norm
Interest in experimenting with new technologies; eager to learn including motion and video production
Be self-sufficient and able to figure problems out on your own
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Keynote, and Google
Capable of articulating and presenting creative ideas

Pediatric dentist Mark S. Levin has been working at Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics since 1981—nearly 30 years. He completed his undergraduate education at Emory University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 1975, then entered the Emory University School of Dentistry and graduated with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1979. He continued his studies with post-graduate specialty training in the pediatric dental program at Emory University, graduating in 1981, and joining Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics.
