Our client, a global, independent agency, is hiring for a Global Chief Creative Officer (GCCO). In this position the GCCO will oversee the organization’s overall creative activities, with the ultimate accountability for the quality, strategy and integrity of all creative deliverables. The GCCO will own the overall vision and strategic direction of the creative department and be a strong advocate for and on behalf of the people and vision for the creative function.

•Establish department expectations and goals to help grow creative talent
•Contribute as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, by driving the vision and laying the groundwork for a world-class creative department and creative product
•20+ years' experience as a creative, with at least 10+ years in leadership; global and commerce agency experience required
•Demonstrates exceptional thought leadership both internally and externally
•Proven ability to elevate the creative bar within the agency, with clients, and across the industry; Must be a creative conceptor and enjoy being an ‘ideas person’
•Strong understanding of shopper marketing and experience creating breakthrough connected commerce solutions
•World-class roster of award-winning client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives and strategies
