Catch Co. is an industry-disrupting company that is bringing something new and exciting to fishing on a daily basis. We are looking for candidates with a creative fire in their belly and a passion for creating high level design.
We are searching for a thorough and nimble Graphic Designer to focus on creating rich customer experiences by generating assets for various digital experiences across our business units. These include Landing Pages, social media assets, web banners, email campaigns, product description pages, and more.
What you will do:
-Work with various project leads to translate wireframes and brand/style guides into Landing Pages for product launches, promos and campaigns, content-centric pages, and performance driven/marketing pages, with an emphasis on A/B testing various experiences.
-Create homepage tiles, web banners, social media assets, and SMS assets to support various business units and initiatives.
-Collaborate with various project leads to develop email campaigns/assets/templates that can be easily changed/updated throughout the course of a campaign.
-Develop strong templates for various graphic assets so individual teams can cater to rapidly changing needs.
-Work with the social media team to support asset generation for various content series, as well as one-off requests.
-Manage and work with external resources that may tie into your projects.
-Support the creation of assets for product description pages.
-Assist with other graphic design needs within the company.
What experience you need:
-2-4 years experience designing specifically in the web/digital space, particularly landing pages and mobile optimization
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent education/training
-Fluency with Adobe CS, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop
-Familiarity with Google Suite, Monday.com, and proofing software are all a plus
