We are seeking highly motivated students to be a part of our RAMP (Summer Intern) program. These paid summer internship opportunities are designed to jump start your career, offering on-the-job training and a robust summer of events. As a RAMP participant, you'll work alongside technology industry professionals on real-world projects, giving you the tools and experience to get your career off the ground. Additionally, Ramp participants will attend networking events, participate in workshops, and present to the WD leadership team.

Experience designing a range of devices for multiple brands, each with its own design language. You will participate in all aspects of current design projects.
Experience designing for customers that range from film industry pros to the global mass market.

What we need:
Personal commitment to quality, attention to detail.
Ability to maintain design intent from concept generation to final implementation.
A thorough understanding of design principles.
Ability to ensure innovation by actively researching, sharing and implementing new trends and materials
Excellent time management, organization & prioritization skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight timelines.
Excellent presentation skills.
Effective, articulate design communication and decision-making skills.
2D: Adobe CC, Illustrator and Photoshop.
3D: Autodesk Alias, Rhino, or Solidworks is preferred.
Rendering: Keyshot is preferred.
Sketching: Ability to express ideas visually with a quick sketch.
