Jr. Art Producer

The Jr Art Producer plays a key role in bringing the creative vision to life and works directly with the Creative and Production teams. You will be instrumental in assisting with all aspects of production, including identifying up and coming photographers. In addition, you will be responsible for licensing artwork (photography, illustration, design) with a good understanding of intellectual property and copyright laws.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

Provide production schedules and ensure projects do not exceed budget
Negotiate photography contracts and rights and renew photography, illustration and talent rights as needed
Provide purchase orders and approve invoices for stock houses, photographers, producers, talent, and illustrators
Prepare and obtain model releases and required documentation
How you will do it:

You will be highly organized and bring strong project management skills to meet deadlines
Gather information, organize, and maintain usage documents for upload to the DAM.
Organize pre-pro meetings
What success looks like:

Bringing creative vision to life by working with creative and production teams.
Assists in all aspects of production, including identifying photographers
Licensing artwork with a good understanding of intellectual property and copyright laws

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-3 years

Educational Position Requirements:

A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

What we expect you already know:

Ability to translate creative ideas into creative content
Strong ability to manage budgets with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to focus, stay on task & meet production deadlines
What we will teach you:

Will help develop skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Our four pillars (Music, Art, Street Culture and Action Sports)
Producing at scale
Working with outside agencies
