As a Digital Production Designer, you will bring your unique lens and apply your creative and technical skills to create best in class digital experiences that excite learners, is built on research, and experiments with new formats -- making learning stick.
The Wonderful L&OD Way
-Design, produce, deliver, and curate digital learning experiences both virtually and in person
Prepare and deliver communication and image assets for websites, emails, marketing, LMS, and other communication channels
-Create engaging and exciting campaigns to promote learning offerings, leadership development programs, and enterprise initiatives, i.e. infographics, presentations, animations, and newsletters
-Partner to develop and design new layouts and imagery within established design systems and adult learning principles
-Leverage data analytics and trends to improve outreach strategy
-Partner with members of the L&OD team on cross-functional initiatives and projects
The Wonderful You
-3-5 years' experience in digital production, communication and/or graphic design
Passion for cutting edge design, people development, and adult learning through visual storytelling
-Excellent communication skills; both written and spoken
-Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
-Self-starter who is organized, resourceful and flexible, with superb attention to detail
-Ability to remain calm under pressure and able to interact with employees at all levels of the organization in a positive and upbeat manner
-Excellent time management and follow-up skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects
-Ability to inform and inspire employees through engaging digital content
-Familiarity with Adobe applications (Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop)
-Familiarity with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.)
-Proficiency with MS Office tools (e.g. SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
