We are excited to add a Marketing Manager to the team. The role of Marketing Manager can encompass a large range of duties within organizations. In order to find the right candidate for this newly created role at KJ, allow us to clarify.
This role will begin with your sharp listening skills and empathy that helps you recognize what matters most to our stakeholders. Our Marketing Manager is expected to become an expert on our goals, values and attributes.
The Marketing Manager will be assuring brand continuity among different platforms. This role will work both independently and in collaboration with other KJ staff, executive management, and our brand strategy design firm to ensure key deliverables.
Candidates should have graphic design skills, be a great collaborator and creative problem solver. Experience with industrial or product design is a plus, but not mandatory.
The role will have oversight and maintenance of digital and printed marketing content. They will help plan and have oversight of advertising and promotional activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail. They will assist with website content management as well as the managing of printed collateral such as brochures.
This position will play a key role in the assembly and preparation of materials used for sales presentation, RFQs and RFPs for new business
Qualified candidates need not have a construction background, but must have the demonstrated ability and interest to become an expert in our segment of the construction industry.
Candidates should have photography/videography skills as they will travel to worksites to take "in progress" photos or videos. We will continue to use professional photographers for completed projects.
Additional marketing functions will include, but are not limited to: event planning, community involvement, branded staff apparel, creation of staff e-mail signatures and ordering of business cards.
