The Junior Designer will work amongst Studio teams to assist in developing production data under the direct supervision of the Production Design Studio Lead. The Jr Designer will be playing a supporting role for production designers and will be required to produce deliverables for multiple projects at one time
Experience in SolidWorks is a MUST
Willing to learn new details and processes.

Assist in creating intelligent and nimble SolidWorks models of furniture system components and build assemblies from those components in a thoughtful and editable manner.
Procure and categorize finish samples from vendors, per project.
Help create assembly approval drawings for client review.
Review client notes with team to refine designs and secure final approval for production.
Specify hardware and create comprehensive part ordering lists.
Communicate regularly with team to collaborate on project feedback, strategy and planning.
Create complete, informative installation drawings from SolidWorks assemblies.
