Help to manage creative projects and deliverables from brief-intake to client hand-off, acting as team quarterback and liaison throughout
Be the filter and liaison for communication between account, creative and production • Ability to motivate, support and understand teams’ in fast-paced environment
Work closely with Account Director and Creative Director on prioritizing project workstreams
Build out projects and schedule kick-offs once briefs are submitted, ensuring team members involved are informed and well equipped to hit strategy and finish brief on-time
Proactively identify next steps for full team and individuals in order to stay on track and within scope
Monitor day-to-day milestones, review schedules, anticipating creative needs and additional resources, facilitating feedback, helping to ensure creative quality and drive projects throughout delivery
Understands creative resourcing and works with outside vendors for team assignments and bandwidth

Work with the creative teams and creative leadership in the in between moments identifying milestones necessary for creatives to reach to their next checkpoint
Maintain currents status documents and data to follow agency processes
Foresees any roadblocks or issues and notifies team of resourcing issues, delivery status, and/or changes in schedule
Must be solution-oriented and clever at creating contingency plans to meet deadlines and milestones Qualifications
2-3+ years of agency experience
Experience on navigating Microsoft and Adobe products
Ability to balance multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

As our creative project coordinator, you are involved from briefing throughout delivery and possess a deep understanding of each phase of a project lifecycle. They are the guiding light of each project; the go-to person to know the latest updates and to guide each department on how to engage in the work. This role partners closely with the account team, creative leads/creative teams, and production to manage and facilitate the workflow per project to get to strong creative output.
