Digital Designer
MDG has two senior staff members in the KC area and we are looking to expand this team with a Digital Designer.
Their responsibilities include:
Consistently deliver thoughtful and iterative digital design solutions
Create website designs in Adobe XD
Focus uncompromisingly on client goals and objectives
Independently and self-sufficiently own design directions
Work collaboratively and embrace constructive feedback
Self-sufficient and able to independently develop multiple design directions
Tell compelling, purpose-driven stories with design
Think strategically and creatively
Stay current with the global design community
Be honest and direct without exception
Create impeccable presentations and mockups
Participate in or lead new business pitches
Take creative risks and be ready to fail spectacularly and regularly
