The Senior Product Designer designs critical aspects of the customer-acquisition UX process including sign-up and account creation, onboarding, first successful product experience, incentives for increased product usage, and upsell opportunities. This role spans both Web and mobile experiences so multi-platform experience is desirable. The Senior Product Designer for Growth works closely with Marketing (as the public Web site is the top of the acquisition funnel), Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Development team. This role is remote but must be based in one of the following States - AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, British Columbia or Ontario
Own technical, market and user requirements for Web and mobile PLG experiences; synthesize requirements into testable and actionable interaction designs; create sufficiently-detailed documentation to direct Development and Quality team efforts; inform customer-facing communication and biz dev teams on product direction.
Work with the Development and Quality team to deliver polished final product
Compellingly communicate your ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders
Function as a bridge across disciplines including Design, Product, Engineering and Marketing
Collaborate with product owners, engineers and user research to create a vision for your product area
Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide while evangelizing new interface guidelines and design patterns
5+ years experience designing and delivering mobile and web products from start to finish while working in cross-functional teams

Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices while always seeking process improvement
Experience with A/B Testing and experimentation
Understanding of onboarding workflows
Expert knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Abstract, Figma, UXPin, etc.
Experience using analytics, user research and other approaches to help make decisions and iterate on the product
Talent for solving complex problems with the simplest possible solutions while demonstrating good visual design sense (layout, typography, color usage)
Motion graphics and/or illustration experience (e.g. icons, information graphics) is a plus
Influence others and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity
Produce results independently and/or as part of an extended team
Self-motivated, a good communicator with the ability to balance great design with time and resource constraints
BA/BS or MA/MS in design-related field or equivalent experience
