Job Description

-About You-
You’re a self-starter and active listener who can quickly navigate challenges from a client’s perspective, and then translate those needs into a process & action items for a creative team. You’ve experienced both success and failure many times when managing projects and know how to spot a strategy that is not working and how to pivot quickly into a new plan.

Our clients see you as a partner throughout the entire process. You are their communication hub. You’re motivated and insatiably curious. You thrive in an open, collaborative environment. You care as much about our core values as we do and you want to work with others that feel the same.

You are highly organized, with strong task management, timeline, and communication skills. You are responsive and flexible while not losing sight of details. You are incredible at note-taking and following up. You are in your element in a fast-paced environment.

-What defines winning for this role?-
One of your greatest callings and personal fulfillments is to set others up for success - whether it be the internal creative team, or the client themselves. You thrive in bringing clarity & process to ambiguity - it’s what you were born to do, and you never run out of ideas on ways to make it happen.

Your biggest strengths are your confidence, self-starter, “can do” attitude. You have a strong sense of pride in the quality of work being produced. You would rather do what’s best for the client rather than merely strive to make them happy at all costs. You understand that a consultant’s job is to lead, rather than take orders; but you’ve learned how to truly address a client’s concerns in a way that is affirming, winsome, and confident, while balancing that with candid, and sometimes difficult, conversations.

-The Opportunity-
The Senior Project Manager will work closely with our creative team and our clients to help service our clients’ needs. Typical tasks include:
