Senior Interactive Designer (Americas)

As the Senior Interactive Designer, you will be part of the innovative Digital Design and Development team and develop strong partnerships with your peers in Marketing. You are a creative thinking digital first designer with strong conceptual and graphic design skills. You are passionate about design and providing the best user experience across all devices a user may access the web from. You have experience designing marketing assets such as banners, emails, and social media campaigns. You are detail-oriented, process-friendly, and capable of working within tight timelines on multiple projects simultaneously.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

Deliver seasonal Ecommerce Marketing assets that highlight the uniqueness of our products. Work closely with Creative Directors to ensure consistency with all creative. Provide clear direction to our in-house photographer to create interesting product photography.

How you will do it:

You will work closely with Marketing and Creative partners to create engaging interactive campaigns. Regularly bringing new ideas to the table and seeking to push the limits of creativity. You will be constantly aware of who are consumer is and seek to deliver creative assets that speak to the user.

What success looks like:

As a senior member of the design team, you will bring ideas that will help evolve and improve our processes. Providing valuable feedback and mentoring to junior designers is important for this position. Have an understanding of the complete user journey and make adjustments to creative based on where the user is within this journey.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5-7 years

Educational Position Requirements:

A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

What we expect you already know:

Expert Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Experience with Sketch or Adobe XD,
Experience with product photography
Expert experience laying out banners and emails
Experience laying out landing pages
What we will teach you:

Present concepts to leadership in Creative and Marketing
Prototyping skills to help sell creative ideas
Appreciation for the importance of a user journey
Ability to adjust designs based on a/b testing and consumer insights
