Solarity Credit Union is seeking a Full Time User Experience (UX) Designer (Remote).
The User Experience (UX) Designer will act as an advocate to ensure a frictionless and engaging member experience across all Solarity touchpoints. This will be accomplished through a wide range of initiatives, including user research, analytics, and user-centered design to drive decisions that have a direct impact on the member experience: digital experience with online and mobile banking; online loan applications and new accounts; in-branch, with physical workflows; call center; Smart ATMs; and more. You will lead the creation of elevated user experiences by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. As the key advisor of UX in the organization, your work will help drive inform and optimize strategic, big picture decisions.

A day in the life of a User Experience (UX) Designer...
Your typical morning will start by hopping on to Zoom for a team huddle. You're pleased to hear that the journey map you created for the fully digital home loan experience was a hit – members can now close their loans from the comfort of... anywhere.
After your second cup of coffee, you will meet with marketing, IT, and analyst teams to brainstorm ideas for making our digital experience easier for our members.
In the afternoon, you will demo your clickable prototype for consumer loan offers within online banking.
You end your day with a quick check-in with your CX leader to plan the week ahead.

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
UX Design Certification or degree preferred, e.g. Springboard, DesignLab, etc.
3+ years work experience in UX Design, or a related field. Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in wireframing and clickable prototypes is required.
Stellar communication skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.
