Anticipated Hours: 32-40hrs/4-5 days a week
Contract Length: 3 Month Contract with option to extend

Position Overview:
The Video Producer/Editor Contractor will work within the marketing team to execute video and content needs for a shooting, hunting and outdoor accessories company. This role involves shooting, editing and assisting on Allen Company video and photography shoots, as well as all forms of post-production, editing, organizing and managing workflows. This position will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the Creative Manager on all projects. This an onsite position working both from our Broomfield office and remote offices. Consistent days in the office are preferred for scheduling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Filming product/ brand scenes in a studio and outdoor lifestyle settings
• Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for product/ brand stories, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos and other enterprise-wide projects
• Processing and editing incoming footage and files
• Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
• Conceptualize and execute many video and photo scenes throughout a day
• Manage video and audio files to include; file organization and folders on our server, image naming and iteration control
• Handles video requests, retouching of images, and assists senior designers as needed
• Develops a deep appreciation for efficiency and organization within a high-volume (1000+ SKUS) design department
• Adheres to graphic standards for brands
• Executes work with high attention to detail and quality
• Promote a safety-oriented culture
• Create product focused video for web and ecommerce use

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Knowledge of proper video formatting for digital purposes on web, ecommerce, TV and social channels
• Creative self-starter with a passion for story telling
• Ability to take direction from team and internal clients
• Works well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong visual, written and oral communications skills
• Knowledge of systems and processes
• Ability to adhere to schedules and timelines

Minimum Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in video editing and production
• Self-starter that can work independently and can manage and prioritize workloads to meet project deliverable timelines
• Solid understanding of Video and Photography workflows
• Bachelors or Associates in Art/Design, Multimedia Design or similar level of experience preferred
• Highly skilled with Mac and Adobe CC - Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects
• Photo retouching skills and experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PPT
• Willingness and desire to work on product lines that involve hunting, shooting, archery, patio lifestyle and camping.
• Must have a positive, “can do” attitude

Work Environment:
• Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend and move about the office
• Able to lift 25 pounds infrequently
• Ability to work onsite in our Broomfield, CO office for a 4-5 days/32-40 hours+ per week with options to edit remotely if needed
