Executive office system.
The main objective of this project was to create a system of objects and furniture that would allow the configuration workstations for managers and executives, as well as meeting tables and storage units among other accesories.
The system is mainly composed of aluminum pieces, that complement themselves with a vast variety of surfaces to create various configuration of station. The conceptual objective of this project was to create a light, elegant but at the same time modern and imposing ambience. Our target market was the young upcoming executives who needed a furniture system that represents this new group.
This was achieved by using rectangular forms with wide surfaces that are lightened by their chamfered edges. The structure that holds the surfaces evokes a lunar spaceship, which gives the lightness and modernity we were looking for. Hence the name Orion, which is a NASA project for a moon station.
