Speedboat Coffee is a small Portland Coffee shop. What was a neglected shop called Mocha Master with very little traffic, we transformed into an anchor business in the FoPo neighborhood. I redesigned the identity & the space to create a warm, friendly & fun brand & environment. The finishes & decor were steeped in the feel of 1940s & 1950s pleasure boating, water skiing & hydroplane racing. Custom wall paneling & tables of Teak & mahogany, Shelving made of vintage water skis. The shop traffic increased by 400% the 1st year & continues to grow every year.
