In late September of 2011 we challenged by Walmart to to prove our category and our company, I was tasked to come up with an air tool display design and have it implemented by the beginning of March 2012. Working with our sales team and several displays companies we presented a series of designs to the buyer the third week of September. I purchased custom parts, sample products, and coordinated shipment with-in China and we went into production, 1300 displays shipped from China by mid-December. and completed shipments to Walmart by third week of February. This project came in under-budget and on-time. The lift in sale was approximately 20%. We we're up against a competitor who had a several hundred test stores and I'm happy to say that we succeeded in keeping the category (as well as pushing the competitor out).

Another major project was a rollout of tol displays for Tractor Supply Company stores. We initially started in around 2000 and have continued to rolled out to most stores as TSC has expanded its market reach.
