Coach America is the largest charter bus operator in the US. It is Headquartered in San Antonio,TX but provides transportation services throughout the entire United States. Our team served as prime consultant in the consolidation of a full city block located in downtown San Antonio, of dividing the task into phases, and of transforming the whole campus it into a cohesive and operating bus maintenance and services facility. We provided site planning, architectural design, MEP design, civil engineering, permitting and procurement services for all phases of this project. Phase I, incorporated 5 plats into one, the design a new bus wash facility, master planning the campus layout, and consolidated all grading into one. Phase II consists of the renovation and expansion of an existing administration building and transforming it into a new corporate headquarters facility. I served as the Lead Architectural Designer and Architect for the project during all phases.
