Sketch Pad - Evening Bag Design
Evening bag amuse. -
A organic-shaped clutch - inspired by the smoothness of a sea-washed pebble.
Explorations: Hexagons were preferred as it conveyed a edgy feel. Hexagons are also less common as a bag embellishment. Trends like tribal stitch / weave were considered as well.
Sketches of side and bag details. There can be chain attached at the side - to convert this into a sling bag as well.
Proposed materials: Satin for the clutch body, metallic patent leather for the hexagons and blue edges.
