This is SketchUp image with everything but the wall graphic (that would add even more confusion) I almost never try to process the complete SketchUp scene at once, unless it is a simple, concise scene..
First rendering result with everything run together; take a look at the HVAC (ceiling equipment) in this rendering, and compare to the same when processed by itself below. Similar with the front tables and benches.
Another result run together; also take a look at the HVAC in this rendering, and compare to the same processed by itself, below. Same with the front tables and benches.
HVAC results when processed separately; now they are metal with some shine, and closer to what the actual equipment looks like. Don't worry about the rest of the scene, that won't be showing in the composite.
Another result for HVAC, when processed separately.
Result with front tables run separately.
Another result with front tables and benches run separately.
Detail of rendering once assembled (with a wall graphic layer added as well.)

Improved results using layers - comparison

Some people have told me they didn't realize I was using layers for my results in ai-rendering and I realized I haven't shown many examples of that, of the difference in quality you can get by doing that.

And I want to share that because one of fun things about rendering this way is seeing how the same objects come alive, become more photorealistic and accurate when they get more "attention" from AI.

The exception to this is if your scene is quite simple and concise without too much going on, then you might try it all at once. if it doesn't look good, try taking something out and render separately.

I generally think the following parts will need to be run separately 1) ceiling equipment (if there is any) 2) a "grouping" of furniture beyond or behind a front grouping 3) a wall graphic.
