Discover has some of the most loyal cardmembers around. Unfortunately, with an average age of 54, they're also the oldest and the least likely to own a smartphone. But Discover knew they had to push the mobile innovations they were making to gain younger members, so they launched a marketing plan with Acquity Group. I wrote SMS messages, banners, and emails. I also got the chance to work on the Discover + Google Wallet homepage.
