The bamboo armadillo
Abstraction of armadillo in bamboo - This project started by exploring different weaving, coiling and other techniques in bamboo. This was to understand how the material behaves. After understanding the characters of the material, armadillo was selected for abstraction. I went exploring various options of abstracting the animal. In the final concept, it is the merging of the armadillo form and the behavior of bamboo. My thanks to Prof.A.G.Rao for guiding me through the process
