1. Visual Display
*Ensure consistency within all stores and to work with the Store Managers in preparation for all major floors moves and to give assistance in merchandising, correcting any display & merchandising problems.
*Ensure the smooth flow of information between the Display Team and Retail Team and to communicate openly and constructively with retail team and merchandising team.
*Work with Visual Merchandisers on latest VM directives and communicating to all store personnel on basic visual merchandising techniques & principles.
*Go through Daily Checklist of the store when doing store visits. Ensure wall layout, merchandising, mannequin & window display are visually in keeping with the ESPRIT image.
*Initiate better merchandising techniques.
*Ensure option counts are within standard in the stores.
*Ensure that all posters, transparencies & topshelf are correctly used & that requisitions are placed when needed.
*Ensure all props, merchandisers & fixtures are well maintained and that VM equipment are maintained at the warehouse.
*Ensure that all requisition & storage procedures of the above items are followed through.
*Assist Visual Merchandisers to set up window display.
*Ensure that photos are taken after window & floor changes are made, when new stores open or after renovations.
*Ensure that lightings of all stores are properly sported & in good condition.
*Ensure that warranty and maintenance of all visuals and housekeeping standards.
*To be involved in the development/purchase of display materials, ensuring that the cost of display expenses meet the pre-set budget level and to source for local props if needed.
*To support and be involved in the change of store layout, (this includes reallocation of fixtures layout).
*To plan and be responsible for effective staff planning and setting of targets to team members.
