Mall at Millenia, Fl - This was one of the first large-scale A&Fs of the new prototype that debuted in June fo 2018. It also was the first new A&F prototype and new kids prototype side by side. Some custom items were the recessed light boxes in the storefront as a means to disrupt the massive amount of wood in the storefront, and glazing located in areas through the store that had not been done on the first few stores.

Toronto Eaton Centre - This A&F worked as a testing site for a few new progressions in the A&F prototype from 2018 to 2019. In the storefront we added a diagonal pattern of brass accents to add movement to the storefront when we had side elevations, and could not add glazing due to our capacity limitations.
Toronto Eaton Centre - The lantern for A&F went through many design iterations to increase ease of installation and cost saving measures. This was the third lantern type after just three years of development.
Toronto Eaton Centre - Here the entire storefront zone was opened up from side to side, as opposed to the original iterations that had a narrow corridor around an 18' long story. This allowed employees at the cash wrap to better monitor all customers coming into the store, and decrease shrink of our fragrance experience.
Toronto Eaton Centre - This was the first video implementation into this prototype as a means to add energy and lifestyle back into the space.
Toronto Eaton Centre - Here is our first omnibar experience. Customers can pickup their "pick up in store" in an expressed checkout area. Individuals can also shop online exclusives and extended assortment on a series of iPads while their friends or family are trying on clothes in the fitting room area.

In 2017 we took A&F in a completely different direction. These are just a couple examples of what I personally worked on while managing the studio responsible for all new stores from 2017 to 2021.
