Sienna Navigation and Auto HVAC Controls - The goal was to make one unified form for these controls. The challenge was to work with all the suppliers so that the various components worked together in all possible configurations.
Sienna Automatic HVAC Controls - The asymmetrical design focuses the controls toward the driver. Many more functions were consolidated into fewer switches compared to the previous model. The display for these functions is in above for better road visibility.
Sienna Gear Shift - To achieve this fluid design, several components need to work together seamlessly.
Sienna Base Interior
Sienna Audio and Manual HVAC Controls - This represents one of the many possible configurations needed to meet the demands of minivan market.
The base version does not have an external display, so all information needed to be displayed within the unit. LED lighting was used to indicate mode and fan speed. This is the first manual HVAC to have three climate zones.
Additional switches were given a subtle contour to help the driver locate them, while still integrating into the overall interior.
