Led the team that developed all print and pattern for big girl, toddler girl, and newborn ready-to-wear product, including textile prints for knits and wovens, knit repeats for sweaters, yarn-dyed woven plaid and stripes, and embroidery and embellishment placements.
Partnered with VP, Girls Design to curate the seasonal print selection for big and toddler girl, mixing original, purchased and vintage artwork to create a unique and cohesive assortment.
Using a variety of methods and media, created original artwork with a unique, youthful, and fresh point-of-view that resonated with the TCP customer.
Managed a team of three full-time artists as well as freelance staff; worked closely with cross-functional teams as a trusted collaborator.

Brands and products included: the launch of Blink bedding, the launch of Kyle Schuneman for Studio 3B bedding, Anthology bedding, bath and window, Studio 3B bedding, and Real Simple bedding and window.

Worked with the Creative Director and Concept Director to determine seasonal print design direction.
Partnered with the Creative Director to lead and develop seasonal prints for UO Women's collection of five labels: BDG, Cooperative, Kimchi Blue, Silence + Noise and Ecote.
Led development of seasonally relevant prints for UO Women's basics tees and tanks program.
Worked directly with buyers on artwork for special programs: intimates, lounge, swimwear, leggings, accessories (scarves, bags and hair) and footwear.
Partnered with the Operations Director to pilot in-house graphic tee development for UO Women's, with orders for over 5000 units placed in the first month of development.

Through extensive trend research, determined all print and color direction for BP exclusive labels: Frenchi, Susina, Rubbish and BP.
Each season, created trend-right, customer-focused color palettes for all BP exclusive labels.
Develops all original artwork for BP exclusive labels, including repeat prints, sweaters, woven plaids and stripes, and screen prints.
Managed and mentored two assistants; provided guidance on daily communication with vendors and manufacturers to perfect product development.
