Job Description

A little studio with big clients. Work with a small studio with great brand presence. The right candidate has 5 or more years in designing/crafting and strategizing for CPG. This sharp group designs for top Spirits, Beverage and Food. The work is innovation driven. Get the resources of a big company, with the creative environment of a small group. You must have a strong strategic approach to design and design management.The ability to communicate well with clients, and manage a small team. You need to be hands-on, but also a capable leader and mentor. Must have at least 2 years of managing other CPG designers thru the creative process. The work covers a range of refined to clean fun, when it comes to style.

Responsibilities
*Lead team thru creative process for CPG projects
*Have a well developed Brand Strategy vocabulary and be able to communicate brand stories both visually and verbally

Fit
*No Divas, it's a small group and teamwork is essential
*Live for type and story
*Understand and be able to contribute to the evolution, revolution, or innovation of a brand story.
